If you are facing challenges in transporting your small pet to and from our boarding facility, our Pick-Up & Drop-off Service is designed to assist you. Whether you are experiencing mobility issues, lack of transport, or temporary health concerns, we are here to help. For clients residing within a 3-mile radius of our facility, we will arrange to collect your pet from your home at the beginning of their stay and return them safely at the end of their boarding experience. The service incurs a small charge of £0.45 per mile along with a nominal fee for our time, ensuring your pet receives the care they deserve without added stress for you.
